# Return & Refund Policy

At Freeman Finds, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

## Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or clearance restrictions.

## Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

## Exchanges
We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

## Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
